Time for a grilling

A bit late on the bandwagon but I finally got a George Foreman Grill (it was a Christmas present). So far have made some burgers and crisped up some wraps but I need to get some ideas for veggies and tofu. Let me know if you have an good tips please! I’ll update with my trials soon : )

  1. Press the tofu overnight or at least for a couple of hours. It’s best if you halve it through the middle to make two thinner slabs and press them both. Once pressed then cut into serving sized pieces, either oblongs or triangles. Marinate them in any favourite blend of seasonings. I like lemon juice or orange juice and soy sauce and chilli a bit of sesame oil too. Once marinated then cook in your grill.
